This policy applies to paid AIShortlist plans bought at dashboard.aishortlist.app. The provider is Vera Danışmanlık Limited Şirketi, trading as Vera Bilişim.
1. Cancelling
- You can cancel at any time in the dashboard.
- After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Your plan does not renew after that.
2. Changing plans
- Upgrades apply immediately. [CONFIRM: how the price difference is charged, e.g. prorated.]
- Downgrades apply at the end of the current period.
3. Refunds
- We do not refund partial periods. This applies to monthly and yearly plans.
- For example, if you cancel a yearly plan in month 6, it keeps running until the end of the year and the remaining 6 months are not refunded.
- If a measurement could not be delivered because of our fault, you can ask for a refund for that period.
- Send the request by email to bilgi@verabilisim.com within 14 days. [CONFIRM: 14 days from the failed measurement or from the payment date.]
- Different results between runs, or not being recommended by an AI system, are not a fault on our side. AI answers vary from run to run and we do not guarantee any result.
- Approved refunds go back to the card used for payment through our payment provider, [PAYMENT PROVIDER NAME].
4. Right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU and UK
Most of our customers are businesses. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
- When you start a paid plan, the Service starts immediately at your request.
- By doing so, you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully performed, as far as the law allows.

- To withdraw, send a clear statement by email to bilgi@verabilisim.com.
Consumers in other countries keep any mandatory rights they have under their local law.
5. Free trial
The Trial plan is free (1 brand, 10 questions, 1 measurement). No payment is taken, so there is nothing to refund.
6. Add-ons
